Office aide - front information desk support division

qualifications

Must be able to pass an extensive background investigation and have a clear criminal and driving record. Must be able to pass a typing test of 40 wpm. Must be able to follow somewhat complex directions and procedures and work in a fast- paced, multi-tasking environment.

Becoming an office aide

The 2023 wage range is $16.34/hour. 

Monday – Friday (occasional special details of weekends/nights), 25-30 hours per week
Answer multiple phone lines, take and enter various types of reports from the public, process background checks, process accident reports, filing, process gun permits to purchase,register predatory offenders, parking violations, answer and direct public’s questions and inquiries, fingerprinting, juvenile monitoring, running of department fleet vehicles, other duties as assigned.
