Biography

Debora Ocloo has been employed with the City of St. Cloud as an Officer since October of 2016, having been in patrol for nearly four years and currently on the Community Response Team (CRT). This team works out of the Community OutPost (COP House) and runs multiple youth initiative programming, Community Engagement events as well as is in charge of fugitive apprehension. Debora has experience in different specialty units that the department offers.Debora grew up in the St. Cloud area and graduated from SCSU with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a M.A. of Special Studies with a concentration in Mental Health and Addictions. During her off-time, Debora enjoys the outdoors (fishing, hiking, walks, bonfires, etc…), being active, powerlifting and traveling.
